The Problem Statement

Being interested in designing for Special Needs, I decided to look for a problem related to medical conditions. I felt choosing a condition related to Sensory perception would be interesting and explored my options in this mind map:

I chose to narrow it down further to Visual problems:

I was able to make a connection between Colour-blindness and Media and chose to work with this. My initial problem statement being "Problems faced by Colour-Blind people with Screen Media."

Now for the next step: Desk Research.
